If I were omnipotent....I would send this AssClown to Saudi Arabia dressed in a Burqa with a sign on his chest saying "Men are inferior to Women" I would give it 5 minutes before an angry mob stones him to death or the Police of Virtue and Vice arrest and beat him themselves.

As he sits in his cell recovering from his wounds....I wonder, how will he blame his situation on Videogames?

I can understand a man with convictions but not obsessions. Over the years, the things he has done, has made me question his sanity. Especially his proposal for that video game. Even when he backed down from that infamous issue (and dared to even claim they broke the rules and were offended when Gabe & Tycho made the donation in his name). But the fact that he keeps coming back and saying shit like God is on his side or turning this into a Holy War (most people opposed to him in the past have been referred to as godless by him) just makes me reach a level of pity for him.

He's a sad, sad man and I know what he suffers from. Carpathian Kitten loss... he's lost his kitten.

That is not a fantasy, the dehumanization and abuse of women in Saudi Arabia happens every day. My point was that there are alot more important things for him to get mad about then to worry who plays what Videogame.

Having said that I stand by my "psychopathic fantasy" as I would love for him to see 1st hand what censorship and the daily erosion of our freedoms could lead to.

but in this situation actually im pretty proud of our government body in the way they have handled this, they seem to understand what videogames are and are not being scared in to jack thompsons crap like he scares all the single parents into thinking that there kids will go from perfectly normal to psycho killers by touching an xbox

That is a pretty careless comment there bub. What does my being Atheist have anything to do with what I said? I have many friends who believe in a God or Gods one way or another and they do not like the direction our country is headed in anymore than I do.

What are you implying....that I think I a better than you? It is my opinion that most of this countries citizens do not think for themselves, rather they do or like what the majority of their peers like or do. Ever heard of a fad? (Wee anyone? Anyone? Anyone? Bueller...Bueller.

"heading?? don't you mean already there?? been there for a while, or inevitable?? and id say that more than half of this generation see's it, when the people who are 17-24 now are adults i have hope for changes"

Mo, I hope you are right about the young adults. If you look at the past this country has swung back and forth like a pendulum between the right and left...unfortunately for me at least it is currently swinging further and further to the right. The one hope that I have is that it swings so far to the right that when it gets to it apex it will swing quickly back to the left and keep going for a while.

Jerusalem, Beijing, Tokyo, Mexico City, Baghdad off the top of my head. Oh funny, NONE of them are in Europe.

Seriously, what the hell is so many of the people that post on these websites? OMG AMERIKANS ARE STUPID DURRRRR. I will assume that you're European, because of your anti-Americanism and because of the fact that all the excluded capitols originate in Europe, when any non-European would have put major Eastern countries on their list. Seriously, Italy over China? Your European post secondary education is a JOKE in American institutions. Your Ph.D. is about as good as a Master's degree is here. In the medical field, there's a derogatory acronym given to doctors who don't know their field: FMG (foreign medical graduate). Sure, there are a lot of stupid people in America. You know what? I haven't ran into that many smart Europeans living stateside either. And judging from the fact that we got most of our God-awful reality television from Europe, I doubt there are that many intelligent people living in Europe either. But, at least you European have your vaunted geographic knowledge of the European area, which you manage to bring up in every single goddamn topic, no matter how unrelated it is. God, we should have let you guys rot under Hitler. Wouldn't have changed you guys that much, just how you dress slightly. Still have the blind hatred of everything that isn't European. You had your time 300 years ago, and history's passed you over to the "barbarians" in the Middle East, China, India, Japan, Russia, and the States. South America too, if they ever get their act together. You are no longer relevant, besides as a tourist attraction. Get over it.

redneckvampire,

Are you kidding me? Did you miss the supreme court decisions last week? Do you realize that we're going to have a court that leans right by AT LEAST 5-4 for the next 20 years? Do you realize that the next 2 judges to go will be from the liberal side? If nothing else brings home what 2 terms of Bush has done to this country, that should.

No my friend, the general populous may be moving left (as areaction to Bush's various disasters), but the people who rule on constitutional issues are as conservative as they've been in a long time. That's what 2000 and 2004 were really about, and that's why I'm going to be depressed for the forseeable future.

Well said John.

King Dubya is the worst President/criminal that we have ever had.

1st President to attack a sovereign nation without provocation AND fabricating evidence.

Consistently beats back any progress we make with stem-cell research.

Turned the Justice Department into the UnJustice Department.

Thinks there is more than one Internet.

Waves at blind people.

Looks thru binoculars the wrong way with the lenses closed.

Tries to escape questions he does not want to answer by attempting to open a prop door.

Tells the terrorists to "bring it on" after he says "mission accomplished"

Calls other contries "evil doers"

Let's big buisiness break more laws and lets them make huge profits off of War.

All Clinton did was get alittle nookie in the Oval Office and he gets Impeached.

King Dubya kills more of our freedoms on a daily basis and is responsible for the death of thousands of US soldiers fighting in his Wars.

Sory for the kinda off topic rant but I dispise King Dubya as much as I dispise Osama or Ahmadinijad or Kim Jong Ill or JackAss Thompson.

Right in left in this country is a false dichotomy. The only distinction seems to be the lip-service given to non-issues such as gay marriage or abortion. Whether or not these "issues" should be the domain of the government is never even discussed. True conservatives believe in limited spending and limited government--and they no longer exist in this country. Both major parties believe in large government, limiting the rights of the people, and increased spending.

I'm pretty sure ssuk meant that most of the American populous is far too worried about their own problems and their own "greatness" to even care about knowing about the rest of the world. He's definitely been a bad president, but worst? Nah.

"Thinks there is more than one Internet."
I thought the whole "Internets" joke was from Sen. Ted Stevens?

"All Clinton did was get alittle nookie in the Oval Office and he gets Impeached."
He was impeached, yes, but he wasn't removed from office. Aside from his questionable personal life (then again, aren't many men just horny bastards?), he was quite a good president.

"Die Jacky boy die....you go to hell and you die! (Cartman)"

If Dubya grew up in those countries...yes, I believe he would be like them, and visa versa. Environment has alot to do with how a person thinks and acts.

The only reason the US has been leaning to the right is because Bush's "legacy" has been forcing it that way.

Most polls show that most Americans identify themselves as independents, not Dems or Repubs, the only problem is most of those independents consistently vote one or the other, because there really is no other choice.

Democrats and Republicans have both passed laws that make it virtually impossible for 3rd parties and independents to get on the ballet. This limits us to the "lesser of two evils" which, one way or the other, still leaves us with evil.

Until the people wake up and realize neither party is ever going to willingly do anything for them, nothing is going to change.
